Ben Skywalker

Ben Skywalker was the son of Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Skywalker, the grandson of Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala, and the cousin of Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin Solo. As an infant, he became the target of a kidnapping plot during the war with the Yuuzhan Vong and was kept aboard his mother's ship, the Jade Shadow.

In his youth he temporarily lost his connection to the Force and regained it during the Dark Nest Crisis, while on Ossus with his cousin Jacen. He survived the attack on Toryaz Station, which, as his uncle Han Solo surmised, had been aimed at Jacen.

In the Second Galactic Civil War, he served in the Galactic Alliance Guard under Jacen and remained loyal to him even after witnessing a murder Jacen committed; the turning point was the death of his own mother. Later he accompanied his father into exile and, together with him, confronted the Sith on Dromund Kaas.
