Sith Eternal

A cult of devotees of the ancient Sith Order that hid on the lost world of Exegol. Over the years of exile the Dark Lord turned its followers into a closed society serving his designs.

Adherents of the cult were scattered across the galaxy and infiltrated the First Order itself, while those who remained on Exegol built a new-generation fleet and gathered troops. The fleet they created, numbering more than a thousand Xyston-class Star Destroyers with attached starfighters, technicians, and officers, was meant to multiply the capabilities of the First Order; by General Pryde's reckoning, it more than made up for the loss of Starkiller Base.

The Sith were considered exterminated in the Galactic Civil War, but Sidious cheated death by transferring his essence into an imperfect clone body created on Exegol in the likeness of his own. The cult's fleet was destroyed in the battle over that world.
