Description
The first described type of Mandalorians, which appeared after 7,000 BBY. The clans were commanded by Mandalore the Conqueror, then by Mandalore the Indomitable and Mandalore the Ultimate.
The Crusaders were warriors of the old school who valued above all honor and glory won in battle. Their presence is recorded on Mandalore, Shogun, Kuar, Basilisk, and Dxun.
In the Great Sith War the clans led by Mandalore the Indomitable joined the Sith forces and fought for Ulic Qel-Droma, a former Jedi Knight who had become a Dark Lord. Later the Mandalorians waged their own Mandalorian Wars, and in 3,960 BBY their union fell apart.
