Description

Ezra was born on Lothal on the day the Empire was proclaimed; his parents opposed the Imperial order and were arrested, after which the boy lived on the streets of the capital, getting by through petty theft. A chance encounter with the crew of the ship Ghost brought him into a rebel cell.

He trained under Kanan Jarrus, built his own weapon combining a lightsaber and a blaster, and took part in operations against Imperial forces on Lothal and other worlds. He confronted the Inquisitors, Darth Vader, and Maul, who tried to lure him to the dark side.

He gained access to the temple on Lothal and to a realm connected with it that lay outside the ordinary flow of time. In the decisive battle to liberate his home planet, he lured Grand Admiral Thrawn's ship into that realm and vanished along with it; the search for him was led by Ahsoka Tano.
