Description
Takodana is a remote Mid Rim planet belonging to the southwestern fringe of the galaxy known as the Western Reaches. The world maintained neutrality and did not side with any of the warring parties, which explains its role as a transit point.
The surface is occupied by dense forests, hills, and large lakes; by the water stands an ancient castle that served as a haven for smugglers, pirates, and anyone in need of shelter or information. The mistress of the castle upheld a strict rule: disputes and enmity were to be left at the threshold.
The planet found itself at the center of events when a ship arrived here with a droid carrying important data. The visitors' appearance drew the attention of the First Order, whose raid destroyed the castle, after which Resistance forces arrived at the scene of the battle.
