Myrkr
Profile
An Inner Rim planet known for creatures able to hide or sense the Force. During the war with the invaders, a living worldship hung above it where creatures for hunting Jedi were bred, which became the target of a raid by a strike team of seventeen Knights.

Description
Myrkr is a forest world on the edge of the Inner Rim, near the border with the Expansion Region. The planet was considered the homeworld of the Neti people, who left it long before 4,000 BBY.
The forests of Myrkr are inhabited by ysalamiri — lizardlike creatures that create around themselves an area from which the Force seems to be pushed out. This ability developed in them as a defense against vornskrs, whip-tailed predators that track prey by sensing it in the Force. In addition, the planet's trees contain a great deal of metal and confuse scanning equipment.
The combination of these properties made the world a convenient hideout: the Jedi had no wish to come here, and ships' sensors were useless, so smugglers, pirates, bounty hunters, and fugitives set up secret bases deep in the forests. The largest settlement was the unremarkable port town of Hyllyard City.
