Christophsis

Christophsis was located in the Christoph system in the Outer Rim. Its surface was covered by forests of natural turquoise crystalline spires rising from fields composed of hexagonal slabs. The atmosphere was breathable for most humanoid species, and the moon Lysis orbited the planet.

During the Clone Wars the planet was occupied by battle droid armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, but Jedi and clones sent by the Republic retook it; later a second battle between the Republic and the Separatists took place here. After the Republic was transformed into the Galactic Empire, the world came under Imperial control, but even then forces opposing the new regime remained on it. As far back as the High Republic era, the adventures of the Jedi Knight Dez Rydan were connected with the planet.
