D'Qar

D'Qar is a green planet of the Ileenium system in the Outer Rim. As far back as the Galactic Civil War, scouts noted it as a convenient site for a future base: the Empire took no interest in the world, traffic on the hyperspace lanes in this area was insignificant, and water was abundant.

After the destruction of Starkiller Base, the Resistance began evacuating its headquarters but was overtaken by the First Order fleet. It managed to escape into hyperspace at the cost of heavy losses, and in the process the siege dreadnought Fulminatrix was destroyed. Some time later the Colossus station arrived at the planet, expecting to meet the Resistance and replenish its fuel supplies, but found only wreckage. The First Order tracked the station through the salvaged remains of the dreadnought and tried to destroy it, but the Colossus refueled with mined coaxium and left the system.
