Sienar and Tarkin's fleet attacks Zonama Sekot

At the same time as the Jedi, a force was sent to the living planet under the command of the shipbuilder Raith Sienar, who was acting under duress from Wilhuff Tarkin — at the time a political figure on Eriadu and commander of the Outland Regions Security Force. Tarkin hoped to capture the world that produced living ships and turn this to political and economic advantage. The mercenary Ke Daiv, sent by Sienar, was not accepted by the seed-partners and did not obtain a ship. Following this, Tarkin's forces came together with Sienar's: distrusting each other, both betrayed their partner, and the ensuing commotion revealed their presence to Sekot itself. The attackers then unleashed vulture droids and sky mines on the planet; Tarkin's fleet included two Trade Federation cargo transports and a dozen light cruisers alongside Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers. The planet responded with its own fighters but was outnumbered. Kenobi and Skywalker managed to escape aboard the damaged Jabitha, while Zonama Sekot itself activated a hyperdrive built by the Langhesi and departed for the Unknown Regions, leaving the attackers with a badly battered fleet.
