An ancient Sith world that housed the Trayus Academy. In 3,960 BBY the final battle of the Mandalorian Wars took place here: the use of the Mass Shadow Generator destroyed both fleets and shattered the planet's core.

Description
A planet of the Outer Rim in the Malachor system, in the Chorlian sector. Until the final battle of the Mandalorian Wars, the world was fertile and habitable.
After the catastrophe caused by the use of the Mass Shadow Generator, the planet turned into a shattered wasteland of jagged cliffs, gorges, caves, and toxic gas vents, over which storms never cease. Gravity here became unstable, and predatory storm beasts lived among the wreckage of downed Republic ships.
The planet was home to the Trayus Academy with its halls: the Core, the Crescent, and the Proving Grounds. At various times, the world was connected with Adas's Sith state, the Ancient Sith Empire, Vitiate's Empire, Darth Revan's Empire, and the Sith Triumvirate.
